I can't put the pieces together

Lapse of 1,650,000 employee performance rights on cessation of employment on 31/12/2024.

Who has left?
1.65m is significant number so it stands to reason who ever left had a significant roll, I hate that companies can do this without openly disclosing such thing to shareholders.
It would be quite feasible that who ever left is the reason for the downward SP pressure since new year. It could be selling by disgruntled employee or a leaky ship scenario.

If anyone can put the pieces together better than I, please let me know.
