your guess is as good as any1 elses, i still would like to know how they could of ramped up the plant if they had unapproved settling ponds? Did the ponds get passed? Are they still sorting them and is the plant actually running like it should be? They give us nothing and we know nothing. Ud like to think they could get a decent price for Australian Garnet if it comes to it but as for the rest of theres really nothing there. Theres no shortage of construction companies in australia so goodbye centrals, as for the high purity mang good luck because if a garnet mine wash plant costs you a few hundred million then a manganese/hpa plant will cost you 5x that if not more even with a partner to help.
