Maybe just a listing on a US exchange where he can dump his holding on some unsuspecting punters but who knows.

Another possible theory is just simply that some punters have seen the SP up heavily percentage wise the last few days, didn't do their due diligence and have just wanted to jump on the bandwagon. Boy will they be shocked in a couple of weeks when, instead of a holding statement, they get the delisting statement
