I was looking merely at the materiality of the matter per 3.1
"Listing Rule 3.1 requires listed entities immediately1 to notify the ASX of any information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities once it becomes aware of that information (subject to certain exceptions, including where the information is insufficiently...blah blah)
