SHJ will have only themselves to blame if that's the case. Taking loans with obscene interest rates and paying divs is a stupid move not at all in the interests of their clients. Shine has to remember that their prime responsibilities are to the court and their clients, ahead of shareholders.
i will be very surprised to see them paid the full amount, but you never know.
