I dont agree that shine shouldnt pay dividends. Should cash converters pay dividends to their shareholderd while charging exhorbitant interest to their customers and also probably borrowing at 20% to fund loans at 48%. In these circumstances it is entirely fair to separate individual financing from retained profits earned from other work. We are entitled to be paid a dividend from work completed. We just needed to get A better agreement and a better settlement and didnt.
