agree totally. I have been banging this message for yonks.. That said, I think Lee will see a conciliatory mid point on this one. what needs to be explained is why SHJ elected to use such a high financing source. Frankly it looks like a free kick to a mate with money, though it might be explained away by some real chance of risk. The Lee assertion that dividends should not have been paid in lieu of self funding is commercially naive - almost woke thinking.
