There was a "mate" involved, called Jamie Pherous, CEO of then Shine ChairmanTony Bellas' main gig Corporate Travel Management. The interest bill for loan of convenience or necessity has been described the the AFR some time ago but was nothing like 30M, maybe about 1M.. I think it may have been to bridge the gap between two disbursement facilities but you would have to ask the CFO. So it was not the main facility and probably in the scheme of things not substantial but a symptom of the difficulties at the time.
