Lets take a look at a few popular (on HC at least) C-19 era stocks:

MSB: 2 years ago = $2.60; now = $1.04
NVX: "" = 2.31; now = $1.87 (reached $9.74 in Jan '22)
EOS: "" = $5.20; now = 57c (yup...fifty seven cents; reached a high of $10:53 in Jan '20).

I suppose my point is its easy to get disappointed when looking within a narrow field of view, but take a few steps back to broaden your view, you'll notice that there are many companies out there that have had much much greater negative progress (regress?). Under-performance is not unique to SHP.

Don't get me wrong: I'd love for SHP to be at like 30c or higher, but companies and stock prices are so unpredictable and subject to many variables many of them external.

My opinion is that she'll be right. Unlike some of the companies that were all about hype (e.g. on the back of Covid vaccines that never eventuated (MSB), imminent war with certain regional "frenemies" (EOS), and riding the lithium wave (NVX)), we've got a great resource. The macro / geo political landscape is in our favour, and we've got an experienced team. We just have to be a bit patient.
