It just isn't SPA. To be honest I haven't traded on the ASX for close to 12 months. The way SHs are treated by ASX listed entities is appalling and the ASX is impotent on continuous disclosure rules being enforced. The only time Boards communicate is when they want more of your hard earned.
I did jump into SPA thinking this time it will be different but after an encouraging start 14-15 months ago the last 12 months has been a loss making ride with several new down round CRs with many new shares and Performance Rights issued. You don't need to be a genius to do that. DYOR.
