    A lot has changed since 2022.

    "nothing to date has indicated that they have abandoned developing its advisor platform"

    They reduced headcount by 23% in 1Q24 alone, and more before that. Who exactly is going to build the platform?

    It's a case of reading between the lines rather than waiting for explicit statements.
