    As I've written at much higher prices, there is no thesis here.

    Investing in TGP is like investing directly in HPI and TOT but paying Tony & team 1.5% management fees plus a 15% performance fee. Why do this when you can just invest directly in those stocks and not pay any performance fee.

    In addition, neither HPI or TOT are at prices that I would deem to be attractive.

    So why would anyone invest?
