Can't disagree, but TGP was always about "paying Tony & team 1.5% management fees plus a 15% performance fee" instead of investing directly in the property sector.
I was prepared to do this since 2020 and Tony more or less delivered. TGP is now heavily into HPI and TOT and it's not working out so well.
Question for me is do I continue to trust Tony will turn this around in the medium term (he has clearly misjudged the short term) or do I sell out?
For now, I am prepared to HOLD.
