A question from a novice to anyone more up to date with Telstra. Buy back is now happening at a share price level that we have not seen in quite some time. Is this now the best use of funds. Share price continues to rise slowly which I am not complaining about. I have no idea why that's happening and I would have thought abnormal with a federal election now. Perhaps the market as a whole sees no downside whichever party has power tomorrow night. Thoughts anyone?
