I think volatility in the market drove some investors to safe blue chip stocks. In my opinion, TLS meets that criterion. Secondly, I think the market views the election campaign as a promise (by both sides) to increase government spending . Irrespective of the use to which such funds are put the market, generally, is happy.
We'll see if that happiness lasts on Monday. Personally, I have no idea. GLTAH Keith
