Sorry wasn’t trying to be smart myself. Why do you think millions of options (that could have been shares) expiring is a good for you? Less dilution. In this instance the potential dilution was excessive.
Making this a little more interesting the options were issued to a previous Disallowed salesman CEO who in my opinion was lucky to avoid a class action.
That said if they were worth converting we might all be happier than holding a stock worth 0.002 cents.
