Until they prove things with a BOA I expect this to drift lower. And nobody need tell me they have to wait for the Enviro sign off. That doesn't stop a customer signing with provisions in contract.

no but covid, furnace testing and lawyers all slow these things as generally a site visit is considered mandatory before signing....culturally and professionally.

ive got an order in lower to catch weakmess but honestly I'm not fussed eitherway. this is a 1 billion dollar co on the otherside of construction of muchea... if that takes 3 years its still a 1000% roi which i think is a 95% probability, 5% allowing for blackswans.
