IMO This could be a true statement = "Nothing going on" meaning everything is what one would expect and it is normal for a junior explorer to purposely suppress the share price prior to raising capital .

eg. "The famous Duster Hole'' or just remaining silent for a prolonged period or failing to report a high grade Copper/Zinc assay, maybe even being suspicious of any known high grade mineralisation that is near the surface that just happened to be a priority target back in the day when the IPO was being promoted.

Every junior needs to raise funds and it has been crustbuster's experience that normally prior to the ''Unexpected'' raise there is some form of positive news released usually giving the SP a boost before the inevitable Trading Halt drops and the CR is announced , not here , we all know when the next raise will be because it is announced in the media that it is 3 monthly and regular like clockwork and we know that it is generally at a discount.

How many other juniors use this method of communication regarding "Capital Raises" Mr Goodthanks ?

In fact the regular "Capital Raises" seem to be the only example of promotion and transparency that is displayed here other than duster holes.

Why? Because it will suppress the SP and make the shares cheaper for the select group of participants who are increasing their % of the company that they hold before the prize is revealed and the re-rate that will occur "At a suitable time" that is most likely already known.

Why not promote the fact that a "High value Concentrate" has been produced using a "Standard Floatation Circuit" ?
