We got it across the line eventually, but they make it too hard, we charge for time only on these deals, and they burned a heap of it. It took 5 business days to get to discuss with a credit officer, another 2 to approve. Now we are another 3 business days post approval and will likely settle today.
To give you an idea a standard turnaround for this type of deal from submission to settlement is between 24 to 72 hours.
You can see how far off they are, they really screwed the pooch in trying to become more efficient and cut costs. A pay cut and cleanout to to all of the dead wood with a perfect vacuum located between their ears would have been a more effective strategy!
