Or it can be as simple as getting the same, now simplistic, year-on-year audit that can be delivered at a much cheaper rate AND with the "change of Control" to ANS, the latter wishing to have their, or their choice, of auditors to replace the costly Deloittes.

Let's hope it is that simple... just throwing my original comment out there for thoughts from others.
Though given ANS Auditors are not Bentley's...... kind of dampens the theory of consolidating with ANS Auditors!!
As said before... I'm always positive and optimistic the outcome will be good for all shareholders...... its just a change of auditor announcement was well well down the list of announcements I was expecting!
