re: Ann: Notification of Change in Substantia... Put it this way if they hold which they have done? That's 25% less shares to be played with on market. So when some positive news arrives buyers have to chase pushing the stock up because there is less shares than expected available. I'm all for good quality substantial holders tieing up shares.
