Agree FP,aquiring a "strategic" tenement with no known resource is hardly any sort of coup. It may be different if there was already
a modest resource deposit and possibly another one or two known deposits in reasonable proximity (in which case it may be already developed or be in development now),in this regard the old arc may have made a move in the right direction but maybe took on too much and ran out of time and money,maybe there's a lesson or two to be learned from this ,as I imagine players in this market are looking for substance.
