exactly Mike. I think this has been their plan all along. I’ve never heard of a MD refusing to give documents to such a large shareholder. Maybe with a high tech operation but not a waste company, it’s not like waste is rocket science. Hopefully Rudas is toast after this and never works in the industry again. Court case is set for 2pm Perth time with Justice Lundberg. Something seriously dodgy has happened, it’s almost impossible to burn through the tens of millions they have had. The outcome should be posted on the courts.justice.wa.gov.au site soon after the hearing. Get rid of Rudas and this will get moving.
