What I want to know is how long can a company stay not trading ?
Used to be 3 years but as of 3rd of February this year it has been changed to 2 years. Additionally that can be shortened to 1 year if the reason for suspension is related to non-lodgement of mandatory reports (which includes Appendix 4D).
