Management are not very smart, or buckling to the broker.
The final straw for me was when they took up the offer of the finance facility in full when they didn't need to. They received $7m and will be repaying $7.5m in July. That is $500,000 interest on a 3 month loan and a total waste of money. It would be different if they actually needed the money. CPS are still screwing them over and this option conversion will be no different.
