This is a fair compromise. I'd like to think my letter to the company about the A options at least had some influence in this offer.

The announcement is clear on record dates. Not to sound too pessimistic but if you did not understand the announcement, maybe you should not be buying options.

also, if you believe unsubstantiated comments that are contra to official announcements, then that is asking for pain.

All very well in hindsite for me to say all this. I do sympathise if people started buying on line today thinking that the office annoucement dates would change.
