I have contacted EUR and been told anyone that purchased EUROA yesterday or today is not eligible for the new options (as per their lawyers opinion).
I've contacted ASIC and will be lodging a complaint as the statement was ambiguous at best (evidenced by 13m trading yesterday and 3.5m so far today)
I suggest anyone that has purchased EUROA in the last 2 days send an email to EUR ([email protected]) outlining your concerns and contact ASIC to lodge a complaint.
Hopefully, EUR can make good those that purchased in this period.
Holders have been able to realise premium selling in the past few days AND participate in the new option offering.
