My understanding of the announcement is that the new options will be offered in a subsequent offer, and for now all we need to do is remain holders of EUROA at close of today.
It also sounds like this offer is subject to approval by shareholders at the next AGM in June, so presumably the offer is not going to be coming until after then.
Just my interpretation of the announcement however, I don't have a hotline to Tony like some do.
