I am assuming this at this stage , and no tax advise given . But , the way I read it , EUROA options will Lapse therefore we will all be able to claim a tax loss on these shares lapsing this year , whilst being able to pick up a new option share ( and may have a different code ) . Well thought out by the management I think . Any one care to confirm my thoughts ? And based on what you originally paid for the EUROA options , to work out what you need to chase to break even now , is either .005 or 1 cent higher than what you originally paid . ????
