With all the options that have built up, pulse the shares instead of salaries over the years, the board and management team don’t really need a massive buyout in the end. If you add up each board members and management team shares at the end of the day, it only needs a 50 cent a share buy out for them to make a killing.
I think it’s been great vote of confidence seeing them be payed buy shares instead of massive salaries over the years, but the longer this goes on the more shares these guys accumulate, which means they can except a lower price a share for the buy out , EG 50 to70 cents , instead of 1 dollar plus. These figures I’m using is just an example, I really have NFI what would be a fare price for the tech.
If we can trust there confidence at the last agm, we should all do well hopefully sometime this year.
