Well it is management's self interest. Look at the options holding that they. So, strictly speaking, you are right. Company don't have to do it. But don't for a second think that this is altruistic for non-management shareholders or other close 'friends' (in a business sense) of the company.
Personally happy fo rthe reduction in the strike price. Doesn't instill confidence in the shareprice heading north anytime soon, though.
More genius at play. No confidence that the share price will get to where at was at the buy back well over a year ago before the Nasdaq listing and Ireland and BMW and Saudi and Greenland, the genuis bitcoin move and the captial raising to hold the share price of CRML at $5.00 US minimum.
