I may be wrong, but, my view is that they are offering them now at 10cents, not because they think it will take 2 years to achieve. But, rather they want the capital. So they want them exercised much sooner. This would allow working capital much sooner.
I also think they are looking after themselves too. But, if its a win win why not?
It's been rough for all holders. Alot of these penny stocks are. They are not easy holds. I personally only had shares no options. So holding forever is possible. It sometimes feels like it before any real progress happens.
but, in my view we are starting to heat up again. There is alot of excitement again, especially regarding the REE.
