    I figured that Quintana would appoint their own people. The ball is in Quintana's court really. Everything else is just a sideshow.

    If I was Quintana I would burn all the unsecured creditors and shareholders, sell the asset to a buyer who would pay some hurt money up front and undertake to meet my streaming obligations, I see no reason that would compel Quintana to carry 'dead wood' around
