There are a number of probably pretty major shareholders that weren't entitled to the offer that the directors may consider, so we could have some 20 cent option holders not selling the 20 cent options but selling 30 cent options, who knows?
However as these are ostensibly "loyalty" options it may be that the shortfall is not allocated at all.
