what about the Italians - has anyone been in touch with them ??? to get them to assist with a class action, if we are supposed to believe that the rental reductions had nothing to do with SC Lowy cancelling the recap and it was a ploy by MR and Co to acquire the company through the VA way. starting to think that their involvement and objection to recap had accelerated the VA appointment. Let's see once the new deal is proposed between SC Lowy, McGNicol & MR, if they get involved again and up the ante.
Read today, that SC Lowy had sold their debt off they had they with the Hire Business (Coates Hire , not Cootes) - freeing up some capital here for McAleese deal ?

Still amazes me in the 2 trading sessions leading up to the VA annc, that the MCS sp had bounced 60% from 1.6c to a 2.5c close. calling it now, "getting fleeced from mcaleese" -
