And heard McGrath Nicol requested similar level of finish with their office fitout as BHP - approx. $1,800/sq mtr from memory. Most small-mid sized companies in the CBD on average spend $1,000-$1,300/ sq mtr. So the insolvency business is the one to be in...obviously !
