Clearly you are either a downramper or very new to the machinations of the ASX. For all you know, the report could have been sent in yesterday. The timing of its release is purely up to the ASX. There is nothing 'unprofessional' about the release time being later in the day or even after the market closes, just as there is nothing 'professional' about the ASX releasing the report at dawn's crack. CRO have no influence over the timing of the report and it certainly has NOTHING to do with their corporate governance.
