Good work. This whole thing looks like a mess but at least indicates there's value here.
It'll go to a vote and they'd be taking all our shares proportionally if successful.
Thr current board recommending a no vote is throwing a spanner in the works. I'm not sure what to take of this but voting yes sounds better to me on first glance.
