    1. Require all directors enter into pre-bid agreements to sell their shares. (TS is a director acting for CFE)

    2. Completion of due dilligence to the satisfaction of bidder.

    3. This offer can lead to nothing. (Non-binding)

    Seems like someone is just wasting CFE's time, move on.
