My guess is it's a negotiation tactic in an attempt to bargain with CFE.

Though it is rather hard to bargain when they have you by the *insert body part of choice here*.

I think this will be done and dusted at 0.45 a share personally.

Is this fair value? Possibly not.

Is life fair? Don't think so.
