Potstock, good question. There are multiple articles which state the cost of Orphan drugs are in the hundreds of thousands per annum. I have only used 1 hundred thousand. As far as health care funds go, there is an article from thcare-economist which states that health plan seem to apply no restrictions to 70% of Orphan drug cost, have minor restrictions for 29% and don't respond to 1%.
However, above all of this are the discussions I have had with companies in this space. I am very comfortable with a 100k USD PA revenue assumption.
