The initial deal sheet was to raise $15 million

They received offers of $25 million

They accepted $20 million

So yes they probably could have raised more, however this is all they needed for now to start the road, purchase the water unit and relocate the camp

I would imagine the rest will come in additional debt and then final equity will come in at hopefully higher prices

Let's hope that's how it plays out
