But it would have shown more confidence in the Co. if he purchased the 1 m shares at market price before the c/raising
And LH79,I think my logic is clear,it wouldn't be hard to show confidence in the Co.if they were offered to him at 43c share.
Now if the directors concerned purchased that large number of shares before the c/raising at 43c ,then you can all talk about the directors confidence but who wouldnt buy at such a discount.
