Hi all,
I strongly believe that it will be good for bau to face this battle in court ASAP. The stupid IMF litigation threat has caused enough damage to SP over the last few years. Even though the claim is true and bau has to pay approximately in worst case scenario $17.5 mil (case where all the share holders have not sold a single share since issue at 0.95c and current SP falls to 10c). We need to get it over and done so that market can evaluate bau SP properly without th uncertainty of a class action / litigation charges. The management should fight for all the costs for the case and perhaps th compensation for the SP damage from IMF in the event bau wins the case. In either way, IMHO, this issue is bringing an opportunity to top up / buy more. Glta holders.
