I just checked the IMF site and their current selected case list (http://www.imf.com.au/cases/selected-current-cases, which showing all the cases from 24/6/2005 to 19/6/2013) does not refer to BAU case.

By searching the IMF site by "Buxite Resources Limited" reveals only 2 links (http://www.imf.com.au/home/search?indexCatalogue=site%2Dindex%2D01&searchQuery=Bauxite+resources+limited&wordsMode=0) which refers to couple of very old (dated 2010) IMF shareholders notes / reports where they mentined about BAU that sombody can ask application form for litigation against BAU.

IMHO , I don't think that IMF is that serius about BAU case. I believe that if they don't serve notice soon, BAU should file case against IMF for compensation (for damaging BAU image and SP). I just picked up 50K shares at 11.5c. Many thanks to the seller.
