    this sell off is a perfect time to pick up some more on the cheap... JV partner will make mince meat of IMF if it goes to court. BAU have massive backing and everybody apart from the obvious hates lawyers.

    IMO I think the only reason IMF is acting now, is that the EPA licence might not be far away and that's leverage (well IMF think it is).
