I think Wilsons have missed something crucial from the AGM (Might have been a different one but cant be bothered to check?) here....
The "increase" in covered lives isn't actually an increase per se, its a change to the way IPD have reported it.
Also the critical mass of 80% isn't some kind of switch, as Parmjot herself has said, its only a guide. Some states may require 90% or 95%
Also, I'm not sure where they get the fully funded to breakeven from....
