my take on listening is that there are now say 450 leads in the pipe.. they are now all in an actual process with KPI's and performance targets linked with these, and they are working their way through the process of getting contracts signed. a lead won't g'tee a sale ( never does.. ask any "salesperson" ) but the new system etc PB has established will greatly assist in getting these over the line.. whatever the lead is.. there are people to follow up from shall we say just an enquiry "lead" to further that into formal dialogue, all the way to the "we want this" lead and going through all the details to sign up .. plus as PB said looking at how this can all be refined to enhance the speed of contracts and installation as we go..
the end of this week will be 4 weeks of the new system fully operating in all areas of the Co.. all sales reps were at the ASBS meeting with PB and they kicked off the new mode of operations when that finished..
