I think you may misunderstand how escrow periods operate.

When and how many shares are released from escrow was set quite some time ago and is publically available information from various sources (including the pre quotation disclosure notice EOF submitted to the ASX on 28 March 2019 if you wanted the specifics).

Broadly, the vast majority of EOF shares which were owned pre float are subject to escrow for 2 years from admission, but the disclosure outlines details of the amounts, dates etc. where this not the case.
