Notwithstanding this is previously announced information. IMHO the timing of the announcement is due to ASX rules rather than anything untoward.

To explain further, as per the announcement, EOF has to comply with ASX rules, specifically for this matter rule 3.10A.

If they left the announcement until next week, this would be less than 10 business days before the release of the smallish parcels of escrowed shares and therefore would be a breach of the rules (which would likely result in a fine from the ASX).
